As a Sales & Success Account Manager, you will use Traction Ag's robust farm management offerings to fuel growth and retain deep customer relationships. Your role will involve working closely with farmers and agricultural enterprises to understand their challenges and demonstrate how Traction Ag's solutions can drive efficiency and profitability on their farms. This position is ideal for a motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for agriculture and technology.

What You Will Do:

  • Generate new sales opportunities through outbound efforts and managing inbound lead inquiries.
  • Conduct demonstrations of Traction Ag's software solutions to show the value and benefits specific to each potential customer's need.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with farmers and agricultural businesses, acting as their trusted advisor on farm management technology.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, providing solutions that align with their goals for productivity and profitability improvements.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients and support their continued satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed about agricultural trends and Traction Ag's evolving product features to serve as an expert consultant to our clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

With an in-depth understanding of the farming and agri-business sectors, you appreciate modern farms' complexities and challenges. Recognized for your ability to build solid and lasting relationships, you're driven by the desire to solve problems and enhance the operations of farm businesses through advanced, accounting-first farm management software.

What You Bring:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the agricultural sector or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of farm management practices and challenges the agricultural community faces.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to attend/facilitate/participate in trade shows, farm visits, customer conferences, etc.
