Traction Ag is actively seeking a Jr. Mobile Application Developer to join our growing mobile team. You will be responsible for developing native mobile applications using Kotlin and Swift.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and release excellent mobile applications using Kotlin and Swift.
• Work with the team to prioritize farmer needs and make informed customer-centric decisions.
• Take part in code reviews and developer testing to enhance processes and code quality.
• Produce clean, well-structured, and maintainable code independently.
• Stay current with new technologies and methodologies for application delivery in a fast-paced environment.

How You’ll Qualify

Experience:

• 4+ years in software development, with at least 2 years focused on mobile development (Kotlin/Swift).
• At least 1-2 years in mobile development, in either Kotlin or Swift.
• Proficiency in mobile application architecture and design patterns to ensure unit-testable code.
• Experience with GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQLite, Core Data, SQLDelight, and Realm.

Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
• Attention to detail and passion for quality.
• Comfortable with and eager to learn new technologies.
